Hey everyone, it’s R.S. Noel here with a quick update!
I hope you’re all doing well so far during this holiday season. I know I’ve had quite a ride over the last couple of weeks; but I’m nearing the end of the Fall Semester 2017 (for college)!
I also wanted to say that I’ll be going to Disneyland (again; as I’ve been there before in the past when I was younger) next spring time (around April)! To be more exact, it’s for my birthday. That explains my choice of heading for this update; I also wanted to feel festive as well! At any rate, I haven’t been to Disneyland in a while. Last time was when I was 20 or 21, so it’s been a good couple of years since the last time I went.
Anyways, back to the main topic at hand!
For those who don’t know, I’m currently a Sophomore transitioning to my Junior year. My declared major is Accountancy (Public). That means I’ll be going for my CPA as well, but that’ll be a couple more years down the line.
I’ve been studying arduously over the last 2-3 weeks. That’s why there’s been such a long absence of posts from my website/blog. I’ve been focused entirely on school.
In fact, I already finished 2 of the 4 classes I’m taking this semester. Yesterday, I finished with my Computer and Information Systems 101 class, and found out I received a 91.08% overall in the class (an “A”!). I also finished with my Business Administration 101 class today, and I got an overall grade of 102.32% (thanks to the extra credit assignment!). Now, all I have left is my final for Accounting 101 (on Monday of next week) and Statistics (on Wednesday of next week).
Currently, I have a 96.31% in my Accounting 101 class, and I have an 85.03% in my Statistics class. I’m shooting for an “A” in both of them. My Statistic’s class might be a little harder to land that coveted “A”; but I know it’s not impossible.
At any rate, I just wanted to let all of you know I’m still here! I’ll be updating my website/blog with new short stories and insightful articles as well. But for now, I really wanted to thank all of my new and returning followers for all of the moral support you’ve given me over the past 5 months. I thank you from the bottom of my heart; and I really don’t know if I would have been able to get through the last couple of months without such an amazing audience of people!
With that said, I will be back next Thursday with another post. It’ll be my album review for Sza’s new album CTRL.
For now, I hope you’re all enjoying your time with family and friends during the holiday! If not, I hope you’re at least enjoying your time with the few special people in your life. I know life can be hectic and unpredictable, but stay strong and move on through the chaos and mayhem of it all.
Till next we speak~
